Shipping Rates
We currently offer these shipping rates and shipping methods for both Domestic and International customers.
In Stock Shipping
We do our best to ship in stock items within 24 hours from the time you place your order (excluding weekends). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after your order has shipped. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking info to generate and remember to check your spam folder.
If additional shipping fee is required, you will be notified via email with an invoice to settle the remaining balance. In the event that the customer fails to settle the remaining balance within 7 days of email notice, the order will be cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
Preorder Shipping
Once your preordered item has arrived and no additional shipping fee is required, your order will be shipped within 24 hours and you’ll receive an email update with the tracking number.
If additional shipping fee is required, you will be notified via email with an “Arrival Notice” and an invoice to settle the remaining balance. In the event that the customer fails to settle the remaining balance within 20 days of arrival email (unclaimed), the order will be cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
In Stock & Preorder in a single order
We highly suggest to order in-stock items separately from preorder items so your instock items can be shipped to you as soon as possible.
In the event that you ordered them together in a single order, the order will be shipped once all items are available, meaning on the release date of the preorder.
You may also contact us if you wish to split the order. In this case, shipping cost will be recalculated.
NOTES ON PRE-ORDERS:
- Please understand that the Est. Release Month on all product listings are estimates only and can change at any time
- Please check the Est. Release Month in the product description as we keep it up to date with the latest information provided to us by our suppliers
- Preorder items are in transit to our suppliers warehouse when we are invoiced
- It takes around 2-4 weeks for our suppliers to prepare our preorder shipments.
- Once our stock arrives, we will carefully pack and ship out your order ASAP. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number after your order ships.
As collectors ourselves, we understand the painstaking waiting time and frustrating delays you must be feeling. We want nothing more than for your preorder items to be released on time. Unfortunately, we have no control over this matter. We sincerely apologize for the massive delays and are so grateful for your understanding and patience in this matter.-
